Executive & Corporate Advisory Retainer
A considered perspective for the decisions ahead.
Give important decisions room for considered discussion. An agreed advisory rhythm helps you test assumptions, revisit priorities and follow through on management actions as your business develops.

Who it is for
Your situation.
- Business owners seeking a structured external sounding board
- Executives working through connected strategic and operational decisions
- Leadership teams that need continuity after a diagnostic or transformation project
Challenges we address
What needs to change.
- Daily demands leave little space to step back and assess important decisions.
- Related issues are addressed separately without a consistent view of priorities.
- Management actions lose momentum between planning discussions.
Scope of support

Recurring priority reviews

Help connect relevant workstreams, highlight dependencies and clarify which issues need internal action or specialist input.
Action follow-through
Maintain an agreed record of actions and decisions, and use scheduled reviews to surface obstacles and changes in priority.

The final scope, depth and delivery arrangements are agreed in your proposal.
Retainer charter
A defined scope covering the advisory focus, meeting cadence, access arrangements and exclusions.

Structured preparation and a practical record of the agreed discussions, as scoped.
Priority and action tracker
A shared view of the management actions, responsibilities and matters for follow-up.
Our approach
A clear path from question to action.
Define the advisory need
Identify the decisions and recurring management issues that would benefit from continuity.
Agree the working relationship
Set the scope, cadence, participants, communication arrangements and boundaries.
Review and adapt
Use the agreed meetings to test decisions, follow through on priorities and reassess the retainer focus.
Continuity, with a clearly defined role.
The value of an advisory relationship comes from sustained context and useful challenge. The retainer is designed to support management judgement while keeping decision authority and accountability with the business.
Useful answers
Before we begin.
A little more clarity on the scope and the next step.
Does a retainer provide unlimited access?
No. Meeting frequency, availability, communication channels, response arrangements and any included project work are defined in the retainer agreement.
Will Alhekmah take executive decisions or act as a director?
Not under the advisory retainer described here. Management retains decision authority. Any formal office, delegated authority or executive role would require a separate, explicitly agreed and legally appropriate arrangement.
Can we start with a defined project first?
Yes. A diagnostic or focused advisory engagement can establish the context before an ongoing retainer is considered. The appropriate starting point depends on the issue and the support required.
