Who operates this website

Alhekmah Training and Consultancy operates this website using the brand Alhekmah Management Consultancies. Our office is at Office 412, Galadari Plaza, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Professional Licence No. 721976, Dubai). In this notice, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Alhekmah Training and Consultancy.

For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, email admin@alhekmah-dubai.com. This notice covers https://atc.alhekmah-dubai.com and initial enquiries made through its enquiry forms and contact links.

Information we receive

If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company and business requirements, together with our correspondence.

Some pages include an enquiry form. If you send it, we receive what you enter: your name, company, mobile number, email address if you give one, your number of employees, any notes, and any figures you typed into the Emiratisation calculator. We also record which page the enquiry came from and, where the link you followed carried one, the advertising campaign reference. Form enquiries are emailed to us, and a copy is kept in a protected folder on our web hosting so that an enquiry is not lost if an email fails.

The website has no customer account registration or online payment facility. Its other contact links open your email application or WhatsApp; you choose whether to send a message through that service.

When you browse, the hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, access times and errors. This supports delivery of the website, security and troubleshooting.

How information is used

We use your correspondence to respond to your request, understand your business needs, discuss possible support and manage any engagement you choose to pursue. We also use relevant information to meet applicable legal obligations and address complaints or legal claims.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give permission for unrelated marketing. We do not operate a newsletter sign-up on this website. Where a use of personal information requires consent, that consent must be obtained separately and may be withdrawn.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand where website visits come from, which pages people view and how they move through the website. It records selected interactions such as consultation links, calculator use, form starts, submission attempts, successful form submissions confirmed by the website, and contact-link clicks. A WhatsApp, phone or email click is not proof of an enquiry or a qualified business lead. A submission attempt is recorded separately from a confirmed successful submission.

Optional Google Analytics measurement starts only after you choose Accept analytics. You can choose Reject analytics and continue using the website. Open Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw your analytics consent at any time; the Arabic pages label this control إعدادات التحليلات. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Rejecting or withdrawing stops this optional analytics measurement and clears the accessible Google Analytics cookies. This does not erase information already received by Google; you can contact us about your data rights.

When accepted, Google Analytics may use cookies and similar identifiers and process technical information about the visit. Our analytics code sends selected page paths, campaign identifiers and interaction metadata. It does not send the names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names or notes entered in enquiry forms, or the calculator’s employee figures. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled for this analytics configuration. We do not use session-recording tools.

Our campaign pages also use Google Ads conversion measurement to see which advertisements lead to enquiries. Google’s advertising tag may set cookies or use similar identifiers, and the page tells it about events such as an enquiry being sent or a WhatsApp or call link being pressed. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email address or the content of your enquiry, and these pages do not use remarketing or ad personalisation. The optional Google Analytics choice described above controls Google Analytics; it does not change this separate campaign advertising measurement.

Images, fonts and the short business video are served by this website rather than embedded social-media or video services. Your browser may cache website files. Hosting and security services may process technical data to deliver and protect the pages. If you follow an external link, the destination service may use its own cookies and other technologies under its own privacy notice.

Service providers and external contact channels

GoDaddy provides the website hosting. Google provides optional Google Analytics measurement when you accept it, and separate Google Ads conversion measurement on our campaign pages. Hosting and email service providers may process information to deliver, secure and support their services. Within Alhekmah, enquiry information is used by the people handling your request.

If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp also processes information under its own privacy policy. Your email provider similarly handles the messages you send through it. These external services are separate from this website.

Hosting and communication providers operate internationally and may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Their locations and arrangements depend on the service used. International transfers remain subject to applicable data-protection requirements; this notice does not represent that all information is stored in the UAE.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or where permitted to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

How long information is kept

We retain enquiry correspondence for the purposes of responding to and following up your request, managing any resulting engagement, and meeting applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry remains active, whether it becomes an engagement and whether there is an ongoing obligation or dispute.

Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to any applicable preservation requirement. Hosting logs and provider-held records are also subject to the relevant service settings and provider retention arrangements. Contact us if you need information about the handling of a particular record.

Your choices and requests

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request information about our use of your personal data, access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, or transfer of eligible data. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on it.

Send your request to admin@alhekmah-dubai.com. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity and understand the request. Applicable exceptions, record-keeping duties and the rights of others may affect what we can provide or delete.

You may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority competent for the processing, where applicable. Contacting us does not limit any right to approach that authority or seek another remedy.

Keep initial enquiries limited

A brief description of your business need is enough to start a conversation. Please do not send passport copies, Emirates ID numbers, bank details, employee records or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry form, email or WhatsApp message.

If an engagement needs detailed or confidential material, agree how it should be shared before sending it. No internet communication method can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website or the way information is handled changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Any new feature that changes data collection will be reflected in the notice, with additional information or consent where required.
